II. Booking & Payment Policy
1. Booking Instructions
After reviewing room information on the website, guests may choose one of the following booking methods:
- Option 1: Contact the hotel directly via phone for quick consultation and room availability confirmation.
- Option 2: Book directly through the hotel’s website.
2. Check-in & Check-out Time
- Check-in: From 15:00 (Early check-in is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges)
- Check-out: Before 12:00 noon
Note: Additional services not included in the booking will be charged according to the hotel’s policy.
3. Payment Methods
After completing your booking, our reservation system will send a confirmation email. Guests are required to complete payment before the payment deadline using one of the following methods.
Online Payment
Guests may pay online using ATM cards or international credit cards through our secure payment gateway.
If the reservation system is not connected to the payment gateway, we will send a payment link via email.
Failure to complete payment before the deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation.
Offline Credit Card Authorization
If online payment is unavailable, we will provide a Credit Card Authorization Form. Guests must complete, sign, and return the form along with copies of the credit card (both sides) and identification (passport or ID).
Guests must present the original credit card upon check-in for verification.
If the cardholder cannot present the card, the booking must be paid using another card or cash, after which the original charge will be refunded. Refund processing may take approximately 21 working days.
If the guest does not arrive on the check-in date (no-show), the authorized amount will be charged and is non-refundable.
Guests staying at the hotel must be the cardholder.
We reserve the right to cancel reservations if required information is not provided before the payment deadline.

Guests must include the following details in the transfer description:
- Sender’s full name

Failure to complete payment before the deadline may result in cancellation.
Direct Payment
Guests booking directly at the hotel may settle payment at the Front Desk either before check-in or before check-out depending on agreement.
Payment Security
We do not store any credit card or bank account information on our website. All online payments are processed through licensed third-party payment gateways operating legally in Vietnam. Payment security standards comply with the gateway provider’s regulations.
III. General Terms
1. Complaint Handling Procedure
In case of disputes after booking, customers may contact the hotel via hotline.
Complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved as soon as possible.
2. Room Change or Date Amendment
Guests wishing to change room type or check-in/check-out dates should contact the reservations department for assistance.
Changes are subject to room availability.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate plan. The following is the standard cancellation policy if no specific policy is stated.
- Cancellation 14 days prior to arrival: Full refund.
- Cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival: 100% room charge applies.
- No-show: 100% room charge applies.
4. Refund Policy
In cases where guests have already paid a deposit or full payment but must cancel their trip due to unavoidable circumstances, we will review the request.
Refund eligibility will depend on the specific booking conditions and will be confirmed via email.
Refund processing time: 21 – 30 working days, depending on the bank.
Refund method:
- Bank account provided by the guest, or
- The original credit card used for payment.
Refund fee: Free of charge
5. Notes
We reserve the right to modify or cancel policies at any time without prior notice.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including changes due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or other unforeseen circumstances.
